Nikon to showcase products that empower content creators at this year’s photokina
Amsterdam, 23rd August 2016 – Nikon prepares to take centre stage once again at the world’s leading imaging show, photokina, in Cologne. Visitors can expect to be the first to hear exciting announcements, and will be given hands-on access to the latest products at the booth in Halle 2.2 at the Koelnmesse. An incredible line-up of world-class photographers working with Nikon will also present to audiences, revealing how they create inspiring content.
The recently announced Nikon D3400 will be on display to the public for the first time at the Nikon stand. Take a closer look at this entry-level DSLR which makes it easy to share images on the go, and discover how it makes shooting high-quality images effortless.
Visitors to Nikon’s booth can also test out the latest professional DSLR products, including the flagship FX-format Nikon D5 and its smaller sibling, the Nikon D500. Immerse yourself in 360-degree photography with the Nikon KeyMission 360; the product, which was debuted at CES 2016, will be showcased at the stand. There will also be a wide range of NIKKOR lenses and the COOLPIX compact cameras to get to grips with.
Renowned photographers will also present at the Nikon booth, sharing their experiences of shooting with the latest Nikon equipment. National Geographic photographer Ami Vitale will transport audiences to see rhinos in Africa and pandas in China up close, whilst Nikon Europe Ambassador Joel Marklund will give audiences behind-the-scenes access to the greatest sporting events in the world, including Rio 2016 and the Champions League final. Feel the adrenaline of motocross and free running with Marcel Lämmerhirt, and keep learning with even more photographers set to share fascinating insights into their worlds.
